Daniel Rose
Daniel is the owner and GC of Rose general contracting. He has dedicated everything to building this business from the ground up since 2013. He’s the first person you talk to when reaching out and the final word on all finishing touches. As a full service contractor, Daniel provides full service construction services while keeping both the functionality and structural integrity of your space in mind.
Michelle Blair
RGC has had a long-standing partnership with Michelle of B Interiors Defined. She helps us bring our clients’ design concepts to life. Her style and eye for design are instilled in each and every product. Certified in Design and Autocad from the New York Institute of Art & Design. Michelle thrives on staying up to date with trends and learning new software to bring visuals to her client’s ideas.
Doug Makishima
Doug is our in house GM/ CFO. He is a seasoned C-level executive and startup/investment advisor, and has held senior management positions at leading silicon valley companies such as Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Hifn, AMD, Auspex and Adaptec. Doug was also involved several corporate acquisitions, and during his engineering career, developed patented storage IC technology (patent# 5,659,690). Doug holds a BS Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a Finance/Fintech Certificate from the Wharton School of Business.
VICTOR NG
Victor Ng, General Manager of RGC SoCal, is an experienced professional with a background in finance, business administration, and construction. With over a decade of experience managing construction and automotive businesses, Victor has demonstrated expertise in workflow optimization, sales, and business development. Victor's most recent work as a Registered Representative with New York Life Securities and as a Customer Relationship Manager with Charles Schwab has provided him with expertise in financial technology, investment strategies, and client management. Prior to this, Victor held leadership positions at JP Morgan Chase and Prudential Advisors. Victor's leadership experience and strong work ethic make him an excellent addition to any team.
